INVITATION FOR BIDDING

Name of bid selection: Project implementation of “Establishing waste processing factory, improving waste disposal management” drawing, execution of construction building, supplier for machines and equipment of Erdenet city under the Turnkey Contract.

Bid number: OР-170/2018

The Governor’s office in Orkhon province is inviting to bid for the project implementation of “Establishing waste processing factory, improving waste disposal management” design development, execution of construction building, supplier for machines and equipment of Erdenet city under the Turnkey Contract in comply with Agreement between the Government of Mongolia and the Government of the Republic of Poland.

Bid selection process for the above mentioned project implementation must be carried out in accordance with Law of Mongolia on Procurement of Goods, Works and Services with State and Local Funds.

Bidders shall meet the following financial and practice requirements.

Herein:

• The average annual sales revenue for 2016, 2017 and 2018 in the past 3 years shall not be less than 30 percent of the bid price offered.
• Quick liquidity assets and a total amount of loan available: Shall not be less than 30 percent of the bid price offered.
• From 2016, 2017, and 2018 years over the last 3 years, the bidder must have performed at least once as a general contractor similar work amount of not be less than 30 percent of the bid price offered. Attach a contract and a document attached to the job.

With tender documents, the bidder must submit bid security equal to the amount of the 2 / two / percent of the bid price offered accordance to the form. 

The tender documents must be submitted to the address below before July 08, 2019 at 08:30AM, The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the opening on July 08, 2019 at 09:00AM.
