NAME OF BID SELECTION: Upgrading fire-fighting equipment and technologies

The National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia invites legal entities to submit sealed bid for the implementation of project “Upgrading fire-fighting equipment and technologies” to supply fire fighting, administrative and emergency operative vehicles. Tender documents can be purchased (additional copy upon request) by 0 Euro with nonrefundable condition or by convertible currencies in equal value after written form are submitted. The bid period shall be valid for 45 days from the date of its opening. Bidders must meet following financial and experience requirements:

Sales value: Equal to 100% of the proposed bid value in one of the year of 2016, 2017 or 2018.

Liquid assets and the amount of loan availability: Liquid assets and the amount of loan availability is equal to 30% of the proposed bid value.

Number of years to submit financial statements: The financial statement, verified by auditing shall be submitted for the year of 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The cost of similar projects implemented over the past three years: Required to be implemented project equal to 100% of proposed bid value in one of the year of 2016, 2017 or 2018.

Whether to submit license if license is required: not required

To submit bid security of 30000 Euro with bid. The bid documents are required to be submitted before 10:00 a.m, 4 of May 2018 to following address. The bid will be opened at 10:59 a.m, 4 of May 2018 with bidders presence.
